Peggy passive from the grave

I killed off peggy and wanted to use my SS red right after but notice its still at a 10 cost even though peggy is dead.

Is this a bug or as intended?

    I've noticed that her passive doesn't seem to deactivate until the end of a turn lately. Earlier I got her way under her 40% threshold, like 15% and the increased costs were still in effect. Probably best to bug report it (and for a mod to move this thread to the bug forum as well)
