I opened 142 Latest Legends tokens (& more)

Here was the plan:
I currently have 70 LTs and 1815 CP, as well as 45k iso and a few duplicated 2*s champs that could be sold if needed. Opening will be paused if one of my 4*s pulls a 14th cover and/or if one of my more severely under-leveled 4*s gets fully covered. Champ rewards will be noted when they add an LT or some CP to the hoard.
Starting scores are Doctor Strange 0/0/0, Thanos 1/0/0, Black Panther 0/0/1

The Summary:

155 Draws in all.
4*s: 124 (80.0%)
5*s: 31 (20.0%) Nice!
-Black Panther 14 pulls (9.0%)
-Thanos: 9 pulls (5.8%)
-Doctor Strange: 8 pulls (5.2%)

From starting with 142 pulls I got enough LT and CP from champ rewards for another 13 pulls.

I went in to this mostly wanting Doctor Strange for PvE and Thanos for PvP, but considering they both got a little over the published 5% draw rate, I can't complain about Black Panther being the one to beat the odds so severely and become my first fully-covered 5*.

Wait, so you hoarded cp and tokens, but not ISO? Seems sub par considering all the covers you risk losing now. Congrats on the panther, hope you can champ it before those 2 go to waste.

I didn't hoard much iso because Ive been using it to champion 4*s. Also I didn't really expect to have one of the 5*s able to champion from this pull - you'll note that I got BP at almost double his expected 5% rate. I'd hoped to have the three of them about as well covered as my OML & Phoenix languishing in classics, so I'd have a broader base of 5s when I start leveling them past my champed 4s.

As to your idea of repeated tickets, it hadn't even occurred to me to try that and I wouldn't do it regardless. I did submit a request to see if they'd swap them for Thanos or 5trange covers - which I doubt they will but it doesn't hurt to ask. Considering how lucky I was to have BP outperform his odds this much, it doesn't really bother me much if I end up having to sell those two covers. *shrug*

Ah man, lucky you, 20% pull ratio !!! Congratulations!

Meanwhile, my all time pull ratio of lastest after I opened some tokens yesterday is reaching my all time low of 11%. After a 38 pull drought of zero 5s I pulled one BP and then I am again in a streak of 14 without a 5. Annoying

As I said, my combined (latest+classic) ratio instead of converging to 15% is in my all time low, going in the other direction. THIS IS ANNOYING.

If you're gonna pull that much you'd better have at least 500k ISO in the bank. You could have lost multiple 5* covers due to no ISO.

People get really freaked out at the idea of "losing" a cover.

Just over a year ago champ levels weren't even a thing.

Once they are fully covered that extra cover is gravy, not a necessity.

my 10-11% draw rate is jealous. you finished panther in less than half the draws that thanos took me.

also, I saved iso for mine, but chose to use it for 43 champ levels of 4s over a few on 5s. also would have been force to start with strange, which I didn't want to do. not that big a deal

I also agree with the others above.. very risky to open your hoard with less than 1M Iso. It's not like you were opening LL before BW leaves the pool and you might had been better off waiting until Strange is about to leave the pool but I guess you couldn't wait anymore.. we all know that feeling! Anyways, congrats on your pulls! It was exciting reading your 5* pull climb. I hope you enjoy Black Panther

You have no idea how powerful 330+ 4*s are when they are buffed to 420+.
yes, that will take a while. But you'll only get there one cover at a time.

Also, champ levels on 5s are crazy.
Every other level is either a LT or 25 CP.
You don't want to waste that.
