With the recent changes to team-up tile behavior, I think you need this reminder. Communicate to your players. If you're going to make changes to skills, take some time before making the changes to explain to us why you think the changes are necessary. If you're going to make changes to game mechanics that have existed for years, tell us why you're doing it. Tell us what you're trying to fix. Even if it is unpopular, it would no doubt be better than blindsiding us with the change appearing in game without warning.

I still have no idea why you think the team-up change makes the game better. I do understand what it makes worse.
