    Oh come on, really? Just because they change one thing that's easy doesn't mean they aren't working on the other changes. It's not like the entire studio stopped to work on this one minor change, it can be done at the same time as these other issues are being worked on. This is ridiculous.

    This comment is more 'Murica than this situation is. Trashing someone over an issue you have little understanding of because the thing you wanted wasn't immediately given to you.

Upon reviewing the information provided along with your ticket history, we see that you have been reporting this crash issue since the R104 update several months ago, and have continued to report crashes despite the multiple updates designed to specifically fix the crash issue you've reported. All other players who claimed the crash issue back from R104 has been resolved, and reviewing the information you've given us in this ticket, we can confirm the issue is not on our end. We again apologize for any frustration, but the crashing issue you're experiencing is not due to the game."
    - Both of these were stated without even asking me for any of the speccs or running any diagnostics on my machine.

    - Sending me instructions on how to troubleshoot mobile devices repeatedly, despite me specifically stating that I play on PC right from the start.
    - Repeatedly closing my ticket without even responding.

    Truthfully, at this point, I don't think they intend on fixing it. Why? Because it allows for them to strip you of boosts and the health packs that you need to use in order to compensate for the "leave early" penalty that crashing causes, subsequently causing players to be swayed towards buying more with cash. That, is there priority.

    Ps: The crash happened again today. It's why I came to the forums in the first place.
