Allowing attachments when reporting cheaters

It would be helpful if the request to report cheaters allowed attachments. Currently you click the link, describe the occurrence, wait 72 hours, receive response asking for the screenshots, wait another 72 hours, ...and by this time, some tool has robbed people of their placement in qb multiple times.
