A fix for 5* Hulk

I think poor hulk could do with a rework. He's actually one of the most fun characters in the game but sadly he's lacking a little to make him useful in his tier.

Here's how to fix him...

Make it so the match that hulk makes gains AP

-or-

Make the match that hulk makes do treble damage.

Also add another 2.5k to his AOE

All of a sudden hulk feels scary. Which he should do. Keep everything else the same as like I said he's really fun just not quite good enough
