Random multiplier hours or events

Was thinking it could be cool to have a random hour, or event that would multiply the ISO or HP/CP's you get. Maybe something not set on a predictable time pattern, but something super cool that if you happen to be playing while one of these multiplier hour/half hour whatever time frame, or multiplier event pops up, you could rack up some IOS/tokens whatever at a boosted rate.

Maybe you open MPQ and catch the the whole multiplier time frame or just the last few minutes or what not, would be a cool little surprise for all players. This again wouldn't be set on a predictable pattern, so it wouldn't be exploited by waiting for certain events to give you ridiculous rewards, just something random and fun. Maybe you'd get luck and hit a couple or few of these multiplier times/events throughout the week and gain some extra ISO/tokens/points.

Also maybe on whatever PVE/PVP even is going on, there could be a node or 2 randomly giving you a chance to multiply the normal reward one might normally have received. Just tossing some ideas out that could add some more zest and fun to this game.
