Gauntlet help

Been slowly grinding away up the gauntlet after dozens and dozens of health packs. On tier 3 now but stuck on the Iceman/Cyclops/Kate Bishop stage. They are all levels 133/133/132 and one shot my team. Have used ten health packs on this stage but can't beat it. Any tips/suggestions? My highest champ is 143 Classic Bullseye boosted.

Without knowing your roster we cannot really help. What other three stars do you have? Which 2* do you have?0

I'm going to give you the most aggravating advice. You probably won't be able to clear the Gauntlet this time around.
It took me a solid four attempts before my roster was advanced enough to actually complete the Gauntlet. However, it was and still is my favorite event because I noticed incremental advances each time I ran it that perfectly coincided with my roster getting better. Each time I would make a little jump and get closer to the end. I finally managed to beat the Gauntlet last run and this time breezed through with Peggy and Quake champed. That feeling of progress was well worth the early beatdowns.
In terms of that specific matchup I would look to stun Iceman ASAP and down him first since he will be the biggest thorn in your side if you don't quickly take him out. Have your alliance send you 1* Black Widow team ups and boost TU and +all if you need to. Then focus on Cyclops since he can easily one shot anyone on your team if he gets going. Finally deal with Kate by herself which is still no easy feat since she is one of the stars of the newer 4* crowd. Once you get down to her simply look to deny black and purple since those hit the hardest.0 -
I have 27 champed 3*, several really good 4* and alpine is killing me. Not beacuse I'm too weak, I know, but right now the game passionately hates me There is something rotten with Gauntlet, I remember from last time too.0

Even though Classic bullseye is boosted to your highest level, his powers are only 1/1/1 and that makes him an awful choice to use. You are much better off choosing your 2* that are champed.
Try Black Widow, Captain America and Storm. Black Widow's purple and black will steel the enemy's ap. Storm blue is a big hit and a long stun and her green will help gather ap for you. Cap's red deals ok damage and can overwrite enemy special tiles if it's at 5. His blue is a decent stun too with the ability to overwrite special tiles. Storm's blue is better but there might be a time where you should use Cap's blue because of a special tile.
In general, characters from a lower star tier that have max covers are going to be better for you than a higher tier that is undercovered. Not until they get to about 9 or 10 covers will a 3* be better than a maxed 2*0 -

I've been having most success with Thor, BW and Bullseye because he has 2k HP on Thor and 4k on BW. He farms me purple and green to protect the other two while I try to spam BW pink to prevent the enemy from getting off abilities. If BW gets to front, she dies instantly since enemies all do over 4k per spell. Hurts.
I'll try Cap over Bullseye when I have some heals0 -
I think your best bet would be thor/storm/obw. This team is winfinite if you can get going. First couple of matches go for blue and purple and green. Usually, if you can get one these early enough they won't get many more moves. Never use thor's green until the finishing move, always storm's green to collect ap. Getting blue or purple early slows down the enemy team considerably. Fire thor's red and yellow before storm's green if you can. This will add the colors you need to the board before collecting ap. And you can boost 2 B/P and 2 R/Y if you have the resources. I have beat several boss events with this team on my alt account. Just play'em slow at first, when you get hang of it, they can beat about anything.
Good luck!0 -

I did exactly this with boosts to b/p and +2 to all and beat it after two tries. Beat the next few as well. Now I'm on Blade/Deadpool/Ant-Man but out of heals. Got wiped because let too many reds build up early, match damage wrecked me for 1500+ near the end.
Will try again in the morning.0
