NEED HELP ASAP WITH LOADING A LOST GAME

Ok. So I had to reinstall the game because of an issue. The last time I saved my progress to Facebook was like....1 year ago!

I tried emailing support but they can't find a link between my receipts and my gamer tag (they think I'm trying to take someone elses game I guess)

So question is:
If I upload my old game save which is 1 year old to get access to all my previous data, will it wipe out the mods ability to give me all my stuff back?
In essence will it wipe everything from their server back to when I last saved or will they still be able to recover all my data from less than 2 weeks ago?

Please help. I'm in a jam. I want to load the previous save so I can prove it's my account but I don't want to get screwed and then find out I ruined my chance at getting all my data and covers back, etc
