4 star cyclops blue is broken [solved]

4 Cyclops's blue power wont let me select team up tiles anymore. I know it worked previously and it just stopped working in the gauntlet.

I thought I was going crazy. 4* Cyclops is one of my favorite and most used characters, so when I encountered this for the first time today, I had to question whether it had always been that way. I didn't see any official character updates, but they did change the wording of the ability from 'chosen tile' to 'basic tile'.
