Chandra, Torch of Defiance (Level 60)

Seeing as Chandra hasn't had a deck submission yet, and she has always been my favourite PW, I would like to present the following deck:

    Creatures
    Lightning Runner
    Lathnu Hellion
    Electrostatic Pummeller
    Aethertorch Renegade

    Spells
    Unlicensed Disintegration
    Cathartic Reunion

    Supports
    Dynavolt Tower
    Aetherworks Marvel
    Gonti's Aether Heart
    Deadlock Trap

The idea here is to get lots of energy, and fast. Lightning Runner and Dynavolt make energy very quickly, which can be used to fuel the Gonti infinite turn, to pump all creatures thanks to Lightning Runner, to pump Electrostatic Pummeller, to trigger Aethertorch Renegade's damage, or to straight up hit in the face with Dynavolt Tower. Some control of the board is maintained in the form of Unliencsed Disintegration, Deadlock Trap and her 2nd ability, but more control is sacrificed in order to go for aggro and energy. Cathartic Reunion provides some card draw, and can be used to discard cards that are not currently required.

Detail - The deck build around these theory
1.AI will use 1st ability the most and sometime 2nd. Since Chandra 1st ability do almost nothing, (I usually use her 2nd and 3rd but I didn't see AI use the same) so I'll try another way to build deck around energize instead.
2.The deck for each Planeswalker must also contain only cards of the expansion it came in. It suppose to face the deck in the same condition.
3.AI can't use complicated combo. I put many support to trigger it.

    Chandra, Torch of Defiance

    Level 1
    Consulate Dreadnought
    Demolition Stomper
    Weldfast Monitor
    Aether Hub
    Gremlin Infestation
    Decoction Module
    Giant Spectacle
    Built to Smash
    Start Your Engines
    Unlicensed Disintegration

    Deck playstyle
At level 1 you have no abilities and a restrictive deck composition. Chandra starts off with 3/4/3 creatures/spells/supports. Chandra has a very skewed mana bonus at -2/-2/+2/+3/-2 which essentially means you should only match Red or Black.

Demolition Stomper and Consulate Dreadnought are Vehicles which give them the Crew ability, helping you to summon them out more quickly. As Weldfast Monitor is cheap, you can summon it out to gain a bonus on summoning your Vehicles. Vehicles also count for the Crew ability so summoning one copy will charge the other Vehicles in hand which is very nice ramp.

Your spells provide a boost to your damage with Unlicensed Disintegration acting as your creature removal.

    Level 40
    Lightning Runner
    Electrostatic Pummeler
    Aethersphere Harvester
    Aethertorch Renegade
    Deadlock Trap
    Aether Hub
    Decoction Module
    Built to Smash
    Start Your Engines
    Unlicensed Disintegration

    Deck playstyle
At level 40 you gain access to your planeswalker abilities and increased mana gains. Essentially, you want to be Energizing gems with your first ability to be able to trigger your Overload abilities more consistently.

Your creatures all have strong Overload abilities. Aether Hub provides ramp to help you set up the deck while Deadlock Trap disables the opponent's first creature to buy you time for setup.

Start Your Engines and Built to Smash provide a damage boost which is doubly effective on Lightning Runner due to her Double Strike. Unlicensed Disintegration acts as creature removal.

    Level 60 - Chandra has Gonti's Heart
    Lightning Runner
    Electrostatic Pummeler
    Aethersphere Harvester
    Aethertorch Renegade
    Dynavolt Tower
    Gonti's Aether Heart
    Aetherworks Marvel
    Deadlock Trap
    Aether Hub
    Unlicensed Disintegration

    Deck playstyle
At level 60, you gain access to your planeswalker's full potential. However, all that matters is using Chandra's first ability to Energize the board to support the set's strongest card: Gonti's Aether Heart.

Supported by Dynavolt Tower, Lightning Runner and Aetherworks Marvel in Energizing the board, you can quickly reach a stage where you can obtain 'infinite' turns thanks to the Overload 3 ability of Gonti's Aether Heart giving you a free swap. In the mean time, Dynavolt Tower tiogether with Aethertorch Renegade is dealing your opponent 8 damage each swap, Aetherworks Marvel is giving you a free card, Aether Hub is giving you 3 bonus mana and Deadlock Trap is disabling your opponent's first creature.
