    Deck Name: Energetic Whales
    Deck Type: End Game
    Card Series: Kaladesh/Aether Revolt
    Planewalker: Dovin Baan

    Supports
    Aether Hub
    Authority of the Consuls
    Deadlock Trap
    Dynavolt Tower
    Gonti's Aether Heart

    Spells
    Baral's Expertise
    Saheeli's Artistry

    Creatures
    Electrostatic Pummeler
    Aethersquall Ancient
    Aethertide Whale

To be honest, this deck has never been tested before. I don't have most of the cards here except for the Whales, Pummeler, Aether Hub and Deadlock Trap. The inspiration to make this deck is to honor the Whales and I like Aethersquall ancient's overload 3 very much.

Let's establish the creature defenses. Authority of the Consuls, every thopter's spy network, from the beyond, oath of Liliana users hate this one. It's effective against haste creatures. One of the very card I want but I lack. Its limitation is of course, the effect only lasted one turn for normal summoned creatures.
Hence, I introduced Deadlock Trap. This dovin deck has many supports that energize gems and even has Aethertide whale to mass energize. So if nobody discharges the entire board away, the first creature of opponent is disabled very easily most of the time.

The next key point is to make use of Dovin's second ability. To auto energize 2 every turn and to keep your card draws coming in. This deck doesnt need a lot of draws as the Whales are costly and Dovin just isn't that powerful in the mana gain department. Hence, the need for Aether Hub.

Baral's Expertise is for additional insurance to creature control. Saheeli's Artistry is to buff up your Pummeler or Whales bigger to finish the job with beat down.

Gonti's Aether Heart is too good not to add in. Once Dovin's second ability is used, you'll be able to use Aethersquall Ancient to send back Pummeler, cast out Pummeler for energize, and keep this up non stop for card draw. You can also try to buff up Pummeler greatly if Aethersquall Ancient is not out yet.

Dynavolt Tower is just a energize generator and backup. If your opponent has damn lots of annoying creature removal spells, just electrify your opponent to death without relying on creatures.

Onto the weakness of this deck. If you meet players who generate mana really quickly and can overwhelm you with huge creatures in a couple of turns, the challenge would be to hold up against them. Dovin's mana gain is unfortunately a little bit slow and when that happens, you may consider using Dovin's 1st skill to race against your opponent. Save up to 2nd skill later when you have better control. Gem destruction decks can also be a threat since they keep wiping out the energized gems.

This deck is going to be a pain to fight against as, most people need creatures to deliver majority of the damage. And Aethersquall Ancient can easily return those creatures again and again. One thing about the mechanics that require further testing. If authority of Consuls is in play and opponent plays a tyrant of valakut, would the ability of ToV triggers? I feel that it shouldn't but I think it would as suppression Bond couldn't stop ToV somehow.

Whales are fun and they are flying. When energized, they're a force to be reckoned with.

    Dovin Baan (Level 60)

    Spells
    Glimmer of Genius
    Fragmentize
    Fumigation
    Whir of Invention
    Baral's Expertise

    Supports
    Dynavolt Tower
    Aetherworks Marvel
    Gonti's Aether Heart
    Authority of the Consuls
    Insidious Will

This aim of this creatureless Dovin deck is to build up to an infinite turn kill combo, by using Dynavolt Tower, Aetherworks Marvel and Gonti's Aether Heart to fuel and expend energy. To get to this point, glimmer of genius will help to add energy and to draw cards and Whir of Invention helps to bring your supports out earlier (at a net gain if Aetherworks is fetched). Board control is maintained through the use of Fumigation to reset the board, Baral's Expertise to bounce a creature (and also play a card for free), Authority of the Consuls will lock down any hasty creatures or recurring creatures (like from Thopter Spy Network and/or From Beyond) and Insidious Will can be used to counter any large spells that are being played. Once you get a board full of energy with the 3 key supports out, you will get multiple extra turns and 5 damage a turn to kill your enemy within one turn!

Edit: Labelled my supports as creatures by accident!

Detail - The deck build around these theory
1.AI will use 1st ability the most and sometime 2nd. Dovin 1st ability generate mana - which very great.
2.The deck for each Planeswalker must also contain only cards of the expansion it came in. It suppose to face the deck in the same condition.
3.AI can't use complicated combo. I put many support to trigger it.

    Mid-game "Sram's Thopters"

    Creatures (max. 4):
    Sram, Senior Edificer (4)
    Master Trinketeer
    Maverick Thopterist (6)

    Spells (max. 7):
    Glimmer of Genius (6)
    Baral's Expertise
    Sram's Expertise
    Tezzeret's Ambition (6)

    Supports (max. 5):
    Insidious Will (6)
    Deadlock Trap (3)
    Aether Hub (6)

This tricky deck is supposed to spam Thopers with top speed, pumping Sram, and kill the opponent before he knows what's going on. It has 7 low-cost cards (mana cost in brackets) that will get free full mana when playing Sram's or Baral's Expertise, which is another synergy. As it will be most efficient to spam thopers after Sram has entered the battlefield, there's some card draw to find him early on - Glimmer of Genius and Tezzeret's Ambition. Baral's Expertise, Deadlock Trap and Insidious Will are 3 removal cards, and IMO that's enough for such a fast deck. It doesn't concentrate much on energising, 3 cards can do it, and together with mana and draw engine you can play them many times to have some more energy (like cheap Deadlock Trap).

    Dovin Baan

    Level 1
    Visionary Augmenter
    Maverick Thopterist
    Aether Hub
    Decoction Module
    Consulate Surveillance
    Aerial Modification
    Built to Last
    Glimmer of Genius
    Prophetic Prism
    Aether Tradewinds

    Deck playstyle
At level 1 you have no abilities and a restrictive deck composition. Dovin Baan starts off with 2/5/3 creatures/spells/supports. You want cards that have good power-to-mana ratios and also aren't too expensive lest they take too many turns to summon out. Bear in mind your own colour matches for only 4 mana at this level.

With limited creatures, you also want your spells and supports to help buff your creatures to deal more damage. Built to Last and Aerial Modification are included for that purpose. Aether Tradewinds allows you to bounce an opponent creature at the cost of bouncing your own also. However, this is less significant for you as your creatures have on-summon abilities making it less of an issue that they are being bounced.

Consulate Surveillance and Decoction Module will help keep your health up while you gradually draw into and summon out your creatures. Aether Hub helps as ramp to set up the deck more quickly while Glimmer of Genius provides draw and Prophetic Prism provides a bit of both.

    Level 40 - Dovin's colleague Baral
    Aethersphere Harvester
    Baral, Chief of Compliance
    Solemn Recruit
    Aetherflux Reservoir
    Insidious Will
    Aether Hub
    Built to Last
    Aerial Modification
    Glimmer of Genius
    Saheeli's Artistry

    Deck playstyle
At level 40 you gain access to your planeswalker abilities and increased mana gains. For Dovin Baan, this involves the ability to Energize the board quickly and make good use of it with his third ability.

Baral, Chief of Compliance is your lynchpin of this deck, ensuring that your spells are cheap to cast and your Aetherflux Reservoir is constantly firing off. Solemn Recruit is your main damage dealer as the boosts from the spells and her Double Strike add up quite a bit. Saheeli's Artistry benefits from Dovin Baan's second ability helping to Energize the board, and is doubly effective on Solemn Recruit.

    Notable cards/combos
Baral, Chief of Compliance + Aetherflux Reservoir + Spells:
Insidious Will: This card is solid because it only costs 6 mana but it can potentially deny your opponents of cards which cost way more. As the AI always prioritises its best creatures to summon first, there's a high chance that you get a good trade on your Insidious Will. Also if you watch out for times where the opponent is charging up a card over a few turns (meaning it must be a pretty costly card), you'll be putting Insidious Will to good use.

    Level 60 - Dovin has Gonti's Heart
    Aethergeode Miner
    Sram, Senior Artificer
    Aethertide Whale
    Dynavolt Tower
    Aetherworks Marvel
    Gonti's Aether Heart
    Era of Innovation
    Aether Hub
    Sram's Expertise
    Glimmer of Genius

    Deck playstyle
At level 60, you gain access to your planeswalker's full potential. Dovin Baan's main gain is how quickly he can Energize the board. And this helps greatly in the plan to start chaining the Overload ability of Gonti's Aether Heart.

Supported by Dynavolt Tower, Era of Innovation, Aethergeode Miner, Dovin's second ability and Aethertide Whale in Energizing the board, you can quickly reach a stage where you can obtain 'infinite' turns thanks to the Overload 3 ability of Gonti's Aether Heart giving you a free swap. In the mean time, Dynavolt Tower is dealing your opponent 5 damage each swap, Aetherworks Marvel is giving you a free card, Aether Hub is giving you 3 bonus mana and Era of Innovation is drawing you 3 new cards to charge with mana.

    Notable cards/combos
Sram, Senior Artificer + Sram's Expertise: Sram is a very good card because it gets buffed not only by your own colourless summons but by your opponent's as well. Sram's Expertise on the other hand is fairly mana efficient by itself, summoning 6 1/1 Thopter tokens while fully charging the first card in your hand costing 6 mana or less. Potentially that's 7 mana for 6 1/1 Thopter tokens. Combined with Sram though and that becomes 7 mana for +12/+12 to your board. This deck also has 5 cards which are suitable targets to be free from casting Sram's Expertise so this combo sit very well in this deck.
