Officially Pissed OFF!!!!!!!!

Okay I am FINALLY PISSED OFF. I have had game save issues for the past 6 months and have sent numerous emails to get this addressed and fixed. Every time they send me an email from support, they tell me its fixed and its not. Have gone back and forth deleting my save off of FACEBOOK and tried to back it up each time and all it wants to do is over right my phone save. Well what ever they did in the recent update I figured "Hey May be they might actually realized and fixed the issue". Nope not at all, in fact when I tried to back it up now it crashed and corrupted my game save and I have now lost everything from the start of the game, including the money I put into it. I have lost my characters, Alliance , time, and money. If this is how a company does things, it should be held responsible. Not a happy player.
