    My one beef with the alliance system is the removal (or allocation to alliance rewards if you want) of the 50Hp reward for 500 points in PvP. That's just not cool. 500 points is possible for my roster, 900 is not. I just lost my ability to get HP from PvP progression because someone decided the "big alliances" needed them more?

    Sure the third cover possibly still goes the same players, but I lost out on my progression reward (I think a lot of people did).

    I haven't actually tested this out, but joining a random active public 5 man alliance should get you into HP range fr the event right? You only need top 2500 to get into that prize range.

    That's true. Top 2500 out of 10000, might be worth a try.
