Where are the extra swaps coming from?

I've noticed on more than one occasion the AI is getting "Extra Swap" where I was not expecting it to. No match-5's, no double-match-3's, and no Gonti's Aether Heart.
So where do the extra swaps come from?
This is just compounding to the failure of the event. Not only are the matchups highly overtuned, where the AI can consistently dump his entire library on a couple of chain matches due to grossly overpowered mana gains, but I get to watch in complete helplessness as after the AI dumps 50 mana worth of cards on a single turn, the screen then reads "Extra Swap" where there was no extra swap due.
At first I thought I just missed something. Then it happened again. Then it happened again. Then it happened again. Scattered across different matches, mind you, but it is happening enough for me to take notice. I can usually tell when the AI matches enough to get another turn before the animations have stopped.
Anyone else notice this?
Edit Feb 14:
Given the lack of corroboration, I must not have been paying attention. Perhaps a 4-swap took out a column, hitting 3 scattered energized gems and triggered the Aether Heart, in other situations perhaps it was the lag in animations made it seem like a swap wasn't due. Either way, apologies for the apparent "cry" post, I honestly thought there may be an issue, similar to how Aetherworks Marvel fills your opponents hand sometimes.
