Alliance chat disappearing

I just opened alliance chat for the first time today and there was no text even though there have been plenty of posts before and I am told there were recent posts from alliance members. I forced shut down the app, reopened it, and, voila, the chat appeared. But having the chat disappear at times will be a problem.

    My chat is there sometimes and is blank sometimes. I know there is chat there.

    Thought I'd add to this rather than start a new thread, I'm having a few issues with Alliance chat:

    1. The chat screen only shows a certain number of messages before they dissapear. I appreciate there has to be some sort of limitation but if a conversation is taking place then the entire chat window can be taken up with less than a minutes worth of conversation. Please add the capacity for more chat, perhaps keep messages visible by time (ie the last hour) rather than by a set number.

    2. If you are trying to catch up on a conversation by scrolling to the bottom and reading up and someone posts a new message the chat window resets itself to the top making it incredibly difficult to read older messages without having to constantly move your chat window back if theres an active convo ongoing. Please remove whatever command it is that auto resets your chat window.

    3. Not a bug/problem but a suggestion - being able to see which members of the alliance are currently online would be a nice feature.

    Are you sure alliance chat still works? My alliance's members are usually very quick to answer, but no post was made since 8h ago... Thanks!

    This one really irks me.
