End Angry Roster

I have a large number of characters, 36 I think, but when I got Human Torch, my roster status went back to Angry Yellow, even though I still had a slot left.

This is an okay warning for newcomers I suppose, but when a person has 30 or 35+ characters, the angry flashy roster is just annoying. We shouldn't need to have two empty roster slots to avoid an annoying animation.

Yeah, it annoys me too. I always stay two slots ahead just so it doesn't bother me.

Agreed. I know exactly how many free spots I have in my roster. It should be something that shows up as a notification once like the tutorial messages and can then be dismissed.

Can someone explain what "Angry Roster" means? All of my slots are full and I haven't noticed any annoying blinking or colors. (I play on an iPad. Don't know if that makes a difference.)

The roster button turns a bit red if you're low on slots. I never noticed it until this thread pointed it out.

There is a "side benefit" to the angry roster notice at least, and I forget who pointed this out but: When you are full on Roster slots, any additional tokens opened go into the "Holding Area"

This is a GOOD thing if you are concerned about using the Respec system to fix any builds you've got around (ex. mine will be to fix my Hulk to 5/3/5 when I finally get that last Black Cover, from 5/4/4). If you have an OPEN slot, then that cover would immediately be "Opened" instead, you would get a "duplicate/new" character of the one you already had, AND you would LOSE the ability to Respec your original character! (especially sad if it was one of those Rarer covers, like said Hulk Black!)

I think I'll post this tip over in the "Slow to Learn" page in General Discussion.....

Don't they already go there regardless, though? I had two slots open for a while, waiting for my first Human Torch and (daily reward) X-Force Wolverine covers, and everything was still going to the holding area. Or at least everything was accessible there.
