Phoenix early revive animation and bug

Once in while, when my Phoenix drops to just over 1K health, the "From the Ashes" animation will play and she switches to "Phoenix Force" except she DOESN'T regain any health! It's happened to me at least twice now, and robbed me of a chance to revive my Phoenix without using a health pack...

    I think this happens when Phoenix's health is temporarily boosted, like from Dr. Strange's passive. That temporary health doesn't seem to be counted by her green power, so her resurrection CD goes out if her original health pool goes to zero (even though she hasn't died due to the health boost).
