Hi,

In the last NOP event I had this "screen stays dark" error while receiving the rewards.

I thought I'm one Kaladesh booster and 25 crystals short in my rewards. After forth and back with the support, I got this answer:

"Greetings D3 Go! Customer,

Thank you for contacting D3 Go! Customer Support.

According to our records, Coalition Rank 46 (Top 26-50 Rewards) earns you x1 KLD Set Rare Card, and x1 Basic Booster Pack. Additional, your Personal Rank of 110 (Top 100 to 250) earns your account 20 Mana Crystals and x1 SOI Booster Pack. So in total, you should have earned the following rewards: x1 KLD Set Rare Card, x1 Basic Booster Pack, x1 SOI Set Booster Pack, and 20 Mana Crystals. ..."

Can you copy that? I can't really remember what the rewards where, but I'm sure I saw something with Kaladesh booster... And a coalition mate mentioned that also. Maybe I mix it with the wrong placement?

It would be nice If somebody can confirm or deny this.

coalition rewards are correct afaik.
personal rewards are based on which tier you are in.

Coalition rewards are lower for NOP than other events. You would probably be used to getting a Kaladesh booster at that rank in other events.
