This isn't in the Suggestions & Feedback forum because it's not an entirely serious post - I'm mostly just poking fun.
Why is...?
...the cover for GSBW listed as 1963? Uncanny X-Men #268 came out in 1990. I know, because I bought the damn thing in 1990.
...the Black Panther cover 'The Man Without fear'? I don't care if T'Challa called himself the Man Without Fear for 15 seconds in 2011, the Man without Fear is Daredevil - always has, always will be. Even a casual Marvel Comics fan knows this. It was the sub-title of Daredevil's comic for decades!
...Classic Magneto's third-strongest match damage yellow? It should be purple! I don't know why this irritates me, but it does. Probably because when I put Mags on my team I do it for the purple, and then when I match purple I do 30 damage instead of 150. Arrrgghhh!
...the Hulk's third color (Anger) black? I get it - officially, a character's colors don't have anything to do with their costumes or powers but come on! This guy has been wearing purple pants since the 60s, and it is not unprecedented for a passive defensive power to be purple (see: Spider-Man).
...X-Force Wolverine the worst Logan cover, but Patch is the best? Patch? Really? So the version of the guy that lasted for 6 minutes twenty-five years ago, where he wears an eye patch and a smoking jacket, is the toughest version of Wolverine?
...Ares even in the game? I get that he was a Dark Avenger, but does he have to be such a blatantly obsolete Thor-lite? Couldn't he have at least one color difference from Thor to make him stand out even the teensiest bit?
...Ragnarok so weak now? I get that he was over-powered, but did he have to become a Nerf-ball? I mean, we might as well call him BagThor now.
(If you have something to get off your chest like I did, please share! It's very liberating.)

I actually know this one! Because comic series are often released with the same title as a previous series, they're frequently identified with the date in which their first issue was published to tell them apart: note that cStorm's cover (UX 290) is 1963 too.0 -

Huh. That actually makes a lot of sense. I'm glad I asked!0 -

From my understanding, it's so that you can collect purple matches for his power without putting Magneto in danger of being attacked. Same goes for GSBW and her green tile damage and her Sniper Rifle.0 -

IceIX wrote:Power colors can also be a result of personality. Black is destructive and dangerous. Which the Hulk, particularly Anger, definitely is.Dormammu wrote:Couldn't [Ares] have at least one color difference from Thor to make him stand out even the teensiest bit?
*Looks at IceIX*

I think we should close this thread for flaming because IceIX is on fire right now.0

It's IceIX, not IceX
Sorry, it's just going to keep bugging me if I don't point it out0 -
::sniff:: I was just trying to be helpful... Poor thread, what have I done to you?! ::sniff::0

What? I don't know what you're talking about. You must be crazy or something0 -

I regret giving you a plus 1 now
Yep, one way or another he killed the thread.0 -
I've got one, just out of curiosity
What makes a topic likely for IceIX to weigh in on, are there some topics that are off limits and he can't comment on or is it just what he happens to take a shine to?0 -

Seems as though he either likes to help friendly people or make jokes (or both at the same time).
Everything else... that's what the new mods are for0 -
Alright, couple of mine to try and salvage the thread:
...Daken's right wrist claw going through his fist? Healing power, sure, but that's *gotta* hurt.
...Hawkeye (Classic) able to pinpoint all his attacks and Hawkeye (Modern) placing stuff randomly? Hawkeye (Modern) must be Avoiding too much to place his shots.
...One color always harder to get than others? Almost all the three stars I have are sitting on weird values like 4/2/0, 4/1, 0/0/3.
...Devil Dinosaur not playable? Just sayin'.0 -

It's likely dangerous for him to be enthusiastic about suggested changes. For example, if someone suggested that the tile icons should all be bacon-shaped, and IceIX said that was a fantastic idea, then there would be a lot of forum hubbub about bacon-shaped icons, and when they would be implemented, and so on. Rage wars on either side -- for those that like the current icon shapes, and those that like bacon -- would commence. And then if it got implemented, B@con_Pants might ask "Hey, why didn't I get credit for this idea you liked and implemented?"0 -
Please don't start the bacon war of 2014, think of all the innocent bacon and bacon families that would be lost0

...Dooms blue ability blue if you need blue tiles on the board to turn blue tiles black? It seems counterproductive almost. Same as Patches green ability when their won't be any green tiles left to place your strike tiles.0

...IceIX's comments so amusing to me?0 -
I got one...
Why is BagThor the only character in the game that is strong in 2 colors while everyone gets 3?0
