D3 giving me the run around for months

the quick battle event ending February 1st. I didn't get my guaranteed rare or better. And when the Saheeli Rai's VERY FIRST EVENT occurred, I didn't receive my guaranteed mythic from that, I finished 7th. D3 said it's As "unlikely" that it happened twice: that's just incorrect. On the gaming chat called Discord and the forums, MULTIPLE people have said this has occurred, and just like me, there's been no resolution. I don't understand how hard it is for you to make this right. I actually put money into this game, so when something like this happens, I'd appreciate a reasonable response and resolution
