Swapping covers confusion [Solved]

I've seen a few threads with conflicting or possibly outdated information, hoping to get a solid answer. Is there any way, as of today, to exchange/ swap character covers when you have 5 ranks the color you pulled ? I.e 5red-1yellow -1 blue and you get another red. Thank you in advance.

    Only for 5* characters who are currently in Latest legend tokens.

    Yes, provided it is a 5 star.png available in a latest token_legendary.png
