I am continually astounded that something wrong can happen almost every time a special event like Civil War comes out. The boss IM fired three "The Winning Team" in a row with ZERO red AP to do it with. Furthermore, my alliance is only on round 5, and I am already facing lvl 328 teams, and they aren't goons, they are waves of 4 and 5 star characters. This is TOTALLY BROKEN!

    That same skill has a passive effect where it destroys eight charged tiles if there are eight or more out, and it has the animation as well. That may have been the free hit you were seeing if there were a ton of charged tiles in play.
