Sam Wilson (Falcon) not dying in CW

I am playing the Civil War, when Steve Rogers gets reinforcement that includes Sam Wilson (Falcon), when Steve Rogers dies Sam Wilson does not die and I have to kill him to finish the fight. He is the only reinforcement I have seen this with.

    I don't think it's a Falcon-specific thing; it's only happened to me once in round 1 of Team-IM nodes, and when it happened to me it was Hawkguy that stuck around.

    Happened to me in the very first match against Cap. Haven't seen it since.

    Happened with me with Winter Soldier twice now

    Was Cap finished off with a cascade, especially one that created a critical tile?

    This would fit the pattern of some passives that don't trigger in some cases, such as Thanos' black.

    Yes, I was using the gsBW-Switch-ProfX combo each time it happened to me
