Anyone else finding that SHIELD intercepts aren't working?

I've received one or two today. Let me rephrase that - I've received one or two today that played an ad and rewarded me. The remaining ones, even though I clicked the "intercept" button, simply proceeded to the next game screen as though I had chosen to skip the intercept.

Anyone else experiencing this? I'm on an iPad2 with (I think) iOS 9.2.1 and R119.

    Been fine for me, I have not noticed a drop in number of (un)successful intercepts.
