Characters should I drop and who I should focus on now?

I sold Yelena, Bag Man, Hawkeye (Modern and Classic). They're all garbage.

I still main Iron Man (Model 35), Storm (Modern) and Black Widow (Modern). And I'm working on Thor (NOW) and Black Widow (Original). Should I max them out or focus on leveling up the 2-3 Star Characters I have?

You should continue working on 2* Thor and 2* Widow since you will continue using them long from now. As for the others, I would suggest to not level them for now and to save your future ISO for Thor and Black Widow, since you're going to need it. Anyone could work as a filler since Thor and Black Widow together already cover all of the colors, except for black, which Modern Storm could fill.

What GT said. Focus on maxing out Thor and OBW for now: they're the characters that you have the most covers for, and they cover all the colors of the rainbow and work with any team. Do NOT level anyone else until you get enough covers for them to be on par or better with your 1* characters (which is ~level 50-60). Don't put any iso into your 3* characters because they won't be useful until you can get them to level 100 (unless they're buffed in the current event, in which case it might be okay).

I don't really think that you need to max out your 1*s since you already have enough covers to start your transition into OBW/Thor. I would consider maxing out M. Storm since you're probably going to be using her with OBW/Thor as your third character for a while: IM35/Venom/Juggs will get obsoleted by Thor fairly quickly, so don't put any iso into him.

What about having Thor/OBW/Venom. I just got his purple cover making him 5/5. I can stun with purple and he has a good amount of hp and does decent damage with low AP with Devour.

1*s get outclassed very quickly, so your Venom would become obsolete fairly quickly. I wouldn't recommend pumping more levels into him: M. Storm should cover black and OBW should cover purple anyways.

Alright then. So is there any characters I should just drop completely? I want to have 3 sets of teams. A 1 star (Iron Man 35, MBW, M Storm), 2-star Thor, OBW, M Storm?, and then some other team consisting of Spiderman/Magneto/Cap/Ragnarok/Wolverine, I dunno yet really, we'll see what covers I get in the future.

Venom/Juggs are pretty safe drops. Moonstone is the worst of your 2*, so drop those first if you find that you need the roster space. The 3 sets of teams thing doesn't really work out in practice: you'll never use your 1*s outside of the 1* tournament that they run once a month and M. Storm randomly during environmental tiles, and you'll rarely use your 2*s once you have a 3* team outside of tournaments that buff them.

Well I raised Thor to 30, OBW and C.Storm to 25. I have both Magnetos and C.Americas are they both worth keeping around? I'm not doing anything until I get some more covers for them. Rogers has 1 Yellow, M.Cap has 3 Yellow 2 Red, C.Magneto 1 Red, and Magneto NOW 1 Blue 2 Purple. I just a Green and Red(2) for Ares, his Green power seems totally pointless. Is he safe to drop?

^ Ares is a good character, do keep him. Try to keep everyone and if you absolutely must make space, get rid of, in order: Yelena, Bagman, cHawkeye, Venom, Bullseye, Juggernaut, IM 35 if you have Thor/Wolverine as your tank now.

I got rid of Yelena, Bagman, both Hawkeyes and I don't plan on using Bullseye if I get his covers. I wanna keep Iron Man 35, M. Storm and MBW for my 1-star team when everyone else is hurt and I can just grind old missions for 20 Isos. I really wish Venom was better than 1-star, I'd like to keep him around but it seems like I'll have to drop him eventually. I should probably drop Juggernaut too, he's maxed out power wise but I never use him or bothered to level him up.

Juggs and Venom (especially Venom) are pretty safe to drop unless they just run another 1* tourney but hopefully not, and you could rebuild Venom/Juggs by the next one or go with the trusty mStorm/IM 35/mBW. Venom is really only needed to combo with Spidey, and to pull that combo you need at least 3 blue covers for Spidey, so you can rebuild Venom several times by the time you have a usable Spidey, barring some incredible luck.

I'd add that Bullseye is pretty expendable, though the one reason to keep him IMO is if you team him with Daken, in which case I'm kind of likely to skip that pairing in PVP just to avoid the sheer annoyance of playing against that lineup.
