Black Widow Espionage at 5 covers does nothing on blue or black. Its been like that for months now.

    Works fine for me. Note that:

    Black Widow needs to be the one that makes the match. Making a blue or black (or purple) match with someone else won't trigger Espionage.

    If the opposing team doesn't have Blue or Black AP, you'll only get the extra damage, which leads me to...

    Espionage triggers later than it used to, for a few months now, which means unless you get a match-5 or a cascade the banner will fly back at the end of your turn as the AI starts making moves. Its easy to miss.

    The quick way to know if she or an allys "making the match" is to see whose icon is on the blue, black, or purple tiles.

    If you run her only with characters that are strong in red/green/yellow, like 2* Thor, Ares, and Wolverine, she'll almost always take priority in her Espionage colors. However, that also puts her in front more often, getting hit by more attacks.
