Any word on what happened to the missing patch changes?

I remember reading awhile back on the list of "proposed" patch changes for....118 I think? that they were planning to have several self-damaging powers not damage their user anymore (Sentry is the only one I can think of, but I know there were more), and that 2* Ms. Marvel's black power wouldn't drain AP anymore.

However, these changes didn't make it into actual 118, nor 119. Was there any word on what happened to these changes?

    I think the self-damaging fixes for sentry and rags have been applied.

    Hmm, I'll have to test that out. I know Sonic Boom is still draining AP.

    Hers no longer drains Team-up AP. It now only affects color based AP.
