"Enemy power damage scales up, but champing does not???"

Someone in my alliance just asked this, but I didn't know how to actually answer them. I just noticed this myself not too long ago, but........each champ level DOES NOT increase a character's power, correct?

Yet, when we face our characters in PVE nodes, all of their powers have scaled up in damage, right?

So why is it that enemy powers scale up as their levels increase, but ours do not when we add additional champ levels? How do I answer this? lol

    Some powers increase with each level, others only increase every 2,3 or 4 levels. So damage will increase, just not with every single level.

    Championing "nerfs" your characters - especially 3*.

    The more you invest into the game the more tedious it becomes due to the way health scales.

    And there are totally broken things like the Sentries.
