It would be chaotic. Just imagine a match against Carnage using Dr. Strange, Daken, and Kamala Khan. It might look something like this:

4*cage v 4*cage would result in a board full of protect tiles after every power.

And it would be amusing to configure a strange + kk v. Strange + kk such that strange's yellow damage was exactly equal to the healing from kk + strange yellow. If that happened than the first time someone used a power the game would enter an infinite loop with damage flying back and forth but no one ever actually getting hurt.
