Free Player needs some advice

Hello People,

first of all i have to say that im a totally free player around day 65. In the last and current events (luckily the ios 7.1 issue is solved) i was able to get some cards which are pretty good suited to my roster.

Here is my Card Archive:

3 Stars:
  • Daredevil - 2/0/1 - level 18/28
  • Captain America (Steve Rogers) - 1/0/1 - level 18/18
  • The Hulk - 1/1/0 - level 18/18
  • Spider-Man (classic) - 0/2/0 - level 15/25
  • Dr. Doom - 1/0 - level 15/15
  • Psylocke - 1/0/0 - level 15/15
  • The Punisher - 0/1/0 - level 15/15
  • Wolverine (Patch) - 1/0/0 - level 15/15

2 Stars:
  • Thor (marvel now) - 5/3/4 - level 77/77
  • Storm (classic) - 5/5/1 - level 70/70
  • Black widow (original) - 5/4/2 - level 57/69 (<- in leveling progress)
  • Daken - 5/4 - level 53/61
  • Wolverine (Aston. x-men) - 3/3/3 - level 45/53
  • Captain America (modern) - 2/4/2 - level 26/45
  • Magneto (marvel now) - 0/1/4 - level 22/30

1 Stars:
  • Iron Man (modell 35) - 5/5/3 - level 50/50
  • Strom (modern) - 5/5/3 - level 50/50
  • Black Widow (modern) - 5/5 - level 50/50


I prefer the PvE events, even when i cant win any (due to the gap of the different timezones between US and Europe, so it ends always on sleeping time), and i have more fun there.
In the current instable iso 8 event i can reach the top 10 in my bracket using Thor + OBW + (Daken/Storm Classic/Storm modern if good environment skill).
ATM im leveling OBW bc i use her everytime in the current event. Even if i dont like it so much, im doing not too bad in the PvP events and i already chose an alliance.

Do you have any advice on what shall i aim ? Any card which i shall level in priority?

    OBW seems good. You can consider leveling Daken, but I don't like that option too much just because OBW will cover Daken's colors, which means that Daken isn't going to be tanking anything for you. I'd just level OBW and hold onto your iso.

    Thanks so far icon_e_smile.gif Even if Daken covers the same colors like OBW i like his atk tiles very much, especially compared with thor's yellow skill. I used the Thor - obw - daken combination quite a lot in the PvE and some PvP matches and worked also very nice together icon_e_smile.gif

    Any 3* which is it worth to be prepared at the current max level ? Since im a free player i must take what i get from login and tokens ^^

    Focus on your 2* characters for now. 3*s don't start to outclass them until around level 110 or so, so no need to level them up yet since you don't have the covers to take them up that high.

    You're progressing pretty well, your roster shows promise, just don't make any stupid moves and you're gonna be fine. Level OBW as far as you can, at the moment she's a must for a 2* player. You've got a high level Thor, which is good, Classic Storm makes a good duo with MN Magneto provided that he has his purple skill leveled to 5 - both of them may be viable future targets for leveling. Leave your rare characters as they are, until you're ready to level them into 100-level area: that's when they start being really powerful and useful. Don't, seriously, DON'T level Daredevil, all the other 3-stars you have are fine characters and you will make use of them in the future, you're just not there yet. Anyway, have fun.
