Fateful showdown screen freeze

Submitted a ticket but hoping someone else might see this and be able to somehow help me icon_e_sad.gif fighting noxious gearhulk and my screen froze. That's a lot of points to lose due to the game freezing. I was about to win, had to kill my own creature so I could finish objectives.

    Did you click on pause, perhaps to check the objectives?

    Yes but screen didn't come up and it is stuck on eliminate the competition. I would close and wait for tech support but my coalition is in the top 10

    For now the best advice I have for you is 'don't click on pause when it's not your turn to make a move (emphasis on making a move - don't pause mid-cascade either).
