How do I login using Facebook?

Hi, I just switched from an Android Tablet to an iPad and I was just wondering: How do I log in using my Facebook account? I backed up my account on Facebook and I would really like to play using my covers and not having to start over. Thanks for your help.

    Open the app. Tap the Settings/Configuration icon (gears) connect it to Facebook, it should import your save. I think it asks you if you want to import the save or overwrite it.

    I have already connected through Facebook and it hasn't loaded my save. When I go to the gear it says, "Save Backup Using Facebook" and that's the only option I have that uses Facebook.

    Contact tech support or PM D3PCS on here. My understanding is that it should sync automatically. Did you close and reopen the app?

    i want to know too. I cleared data because i could only accept gifts annd unable to send. Now, when I can't connect with fb icon_cry.gif

    Any luck with this? I'm having the same problem with my new phone. The only option I have is saving TO Facebook, but there's no sign of "incoming" settings from Facebook. (I did get the message in Facebook that the data has been sent to my phone.)

    On my iPad and iPhone I have my Facebook login stored globally in the device settings, and the game picks that up.

    If you don't want to enable Facebook integration for your iPad, or have more than one Facebook account, I'm not sure what the right thing to do is.

    "Contact tech support," as it turns out. Credit where credit's due, they fixed things for me quickly. Not sure exactly what happened, but all they needed to know was the player ID info for both the new phone and the old.
