Next steps for my 4*s

Little bit about me if you don't know - I'm a long-time player, joined the forum early last year. I'm past day 1000 but not to the OML yellow yet (too lazy to look it up).
Semi-casual in that I don't usually give a lick about PvP, but I'll at least hit max progression in most PvE events, sometimes pushing to 6x clears, but that's reserved for new characters most often. Now that I'm not working third shift overnight (Central time), I join slice 5 late in the day after events start, and I generally can't get to my clears until afternoon, so I'm 14-16 hours late starting on any clears, and even my end grind is 3-4 hours early when I go for full clears. I always play DDQ, and I'm at the point where I can beat most of the Crashes handily.
I have 11 4* champs, and I find that each added 4* champ at this point does not make an appreciable difference to my scaling, so each new 4* champ is a potential boon regardless of that character's overall tier rating just in match and power damage when they're boosted.
All that said, I'm not sure how to push with my 4*s now. I have plenty of top or solid tier 4*s champed (and Iceman on the brink if I can get another green cover).

4* covers on the vine: Miles (13.5 days), Prof X (12.5 days), Chulk (8.5 days)
4*s with max covers: Mr. Fantastic, Miles, Professor X, Carnage, Elektra, Venom (Eddie)
4*s at 12 covers: Iceman, Bucky, Nova, Flaptain, 4Pun, Chulk (his cover on the vine is his only one at 5 covers obv)
Current resources (I suck at hoarding ANYTHING except ISO): 375k ISO (just dumped 100k to bump up WM a little since he's featured and to get Mr. F ready for his crash), 3k HP, 12 CP
My thoughts: I have some compelling choices at 12 covers between Iceman, Bucky, Nova, 4Pun, and Chulk. Unfortunately, 3 of those are 5/5/2 in some configuration (Ice, Bucky, and Pun), so chances are slim that I get the right cover anytime soon. Any of these would obviously be better than my 13 cover choices.
Some of my 13 cover choices are acceptable, especially with a cover on the vine for each of Miles and X. I don't use Charlie's Angels except to get through the Big Enchilada more easily these days, so bringing X to 271 isn't going to hurt anything. I've heard mixed reviews about Miles, but again, additional 4*s don't have to be top tier for them to have an appreciable impact on my progress at this point. With 11 4* champs, there's a good chance that at least one will be boosted in any given week for me, and now I'm seeing 2-3 boosted a week (Teen Jean, Star-Lord, and Kate wrecked Riri's PvE). My scaling seems to be the same whether I have 4*s boosted or not; it usually tops out around 322 for the hardest PvE nodes and 307 on the 4* required node.
Another option of course is to do nothing and sell my dying 4*s. I don't think it's worth saving 120 CP to save the Chulk cover, but extra LTs tend to lend themselves to being sold covers at this point, too, so maybe it's not a terrible option. I'd rather dump the CP into Iceman or Bucky, though.
Any expert opinions here? Dump my ISO and champ Prof X? Miles maybe? Save it? Not sure what might be best... but I don't think leveling my 5*s is really worth it at their covers at this point either.

I don't know if I'd call this an "expert" opinion, but looking at your roster, the two top-class 4*s you haven't champed yet are Iceman and Peggy. Looks like you're still a few covers away on Peggy, but I find Iceman to be extremely useful in all aspects of the game and he would be my priority for sure.
I champed Cho shortly after his tweak, and while he's not a roster-transforming character, I've never regretted it. He's a nice utility character who can generate a little green for other characters or put out some consistent damage every few turns. I use him regularly when clearing Lightning Rounds each week. I wouldn't spend 120 CP to max him, but he's a solid champ now.
My Prof X is soft-capped at 165 and I'm happy to leave him there so my Angels function correctly, who can be a game-changing asset in some events.
After that, it seems like you're into the "icing on the cake" portion of 4* champing. You've got most of the heavy hitters champed, so it's more a question of who do you think you can integrate into your playstyle? Maybe Bucky is a good fit? Or maybe stockpile ISO for a little while and see what happens. You never know when you might stumble into a bunch of Peggy or Medusa covers.0 -
I don't have much to add, sluggo's reply sounded spot-on to me. I'd take it a step further and say you should just save up 120 cp to finish up Iceman. He's arguably the best 4* in the game (although I'd rank him 2 after Peg) and odds are the extra 5 LT draws won't move the needle for you that much.
In the meantime, if you're not into winfinite, champ px. His champ version does some hot stuff with his invis special tile boosting action.0
