Token counter on menu/map screen maxes out at 99

Minor UI bug. I have 101 standard tokens, but the counter in the bottom left corner on the main screen maxes out at 99.

    What can I say, I felt like hoarding for a few weeks!
    Another bug - when you have exactly 100 tokens, it displays as 10 next to "get your covers" on the redemption screen.
