Another Mr. Fantastic tweak attempt

With Mr. F's Crash today, I too have been giving some thought to how to improve the character without completely overhauling him. I've come up with the following, which leaves black and yellow untouched, only tinkering with blue:

- Flexibility (8 blue AP): Instead of placing 2 Protect tiles, this stuns the opponent and places a CD tile that adds one Protect tile and one Strike tile every 2 turns. (Think of a recycling CD tile like BP's Defense Grid or GR's Hellfire.)

The idea is, as long as you can keep that blue CD tile protected, strike tiles build up, which can buff damage from Reed's black, and as more special tiles get added to the board, the chances of triggering Reed's yellow go up.

I won't go as far to say what the exact sweet spot for the numbers should be (AP costs, strike tile damage, etc). But I like the kernel of the idea of having Reed's blue synergize with his other abilities and snowball over time into something useful, instead of his current limp state.
