Apparently Cable is now a character in Marvel Contest of Champions. He's been a character I was hoping would be introduced to this game by now, but that hasn't happened. Maybe there is some Hope now icon_e_biggrin.gif

Or maybe we'll get another 4* Venom.

    Don't get your hopes up, MCOC also has Nightcrawler and Gambit, and many more A-List toons MPQ can't seem to drum up.

    The only way we'll get cable is if they give him a stand alone comic and try to push sales for it

    Yeah, my kid plays CoC. Loves telling me how awesome his 4* Nightcrawler is. icon_cry.gif

    Gambit and Cable do nothing for me (other than generate sweet, sweet forum tears in their absence icon_twisted.gif ), but the lack of shieldpurple.pngBAMF! shieldpurple.png in this game is a tragedy beyond measure.

    Agreed. Nightcrawler could be a lot of fun. For 12 AP, he drops a one turn countdown timer and goes invisible. When the timer goes off, reappears, punches a dude for numX damage, then drops another one turn CD timer. When that timer goes off at the beginning of the next turn, Nightcrawler goes invisible again.

    BAMF, punch, BAMF repeat.

    Cable is getting an upcoming solo title. I still don't think that'll do it. Maybe for Deadpool 2, but they didn't do anything for X-Men: Apocalypse so I wouldn't hold my breath.
