Does not load on data connection

For the last 2 days, I have not been able to start the game when connected to mobile data. Works fine on wifi. Data works fine when browsing and for other apps but MPQ just refuses to start. Issue seems to have begun since the update that changed the thanos Loadscreen to the carol danvers one... not sure if it's related though.
