Time display in local format

Every single time I have to enter for an event I'm getting confused. Why you ask. Because the ending times are displayed in A.M./P.M. format. It's a system I never use, and hence every single time have to convert it internally to a time I actually do understand. On more than one occasion I've selected a slice where the ending time was not what I was aiming for.

Please change the time display to actually use local settings so I can see it in the 24h format.
