A 5 Star Problem

Why not run Classic LT purchases for a specific 5* character as is done with the 4* vaults? Just put in a rotation featuring one 5* regularly. I'm not in 5* land, but it would be nice not to have to wait for a new release to spend all my CP. (which is code for, I have zero)
