1.9.2 graphics missing

Hi

Is this a known problem in 1.9.2 on an iPad Air with iOS 10.2?
After re-installation of the app, there is no pictures of the cards or planewalkers. There is text which describes the cards effects.

Starting a Quick battle takes 30-60 sec. and there is no visuals in mos of the interface.

Kind of difficult to play the game like this.
