The Varying Load Percentage

Is anyone else still seeing this? I'm referring to the load screen fluctuating from 45% to 50% then down to 35% ect ect...I thought that this issue was fixed in a previous patch. I guess it hasn't been fully resolved yet.

    I'm still seeing this. I'm running on an iPhone 4.

    I still get it on the Samsung Galaxy SII but since that patch it happens less often.
