Dubious Challenge - opponent werewolf [Solved]

Cast "Dubious Challenge" when opponent (Arlin Kord) had a Geier Reach Bandit that was transformed on the field.

Dubious challenge summons my creature, then summons opponent another Geier Reach Bandit.
Upon hitting the field, the opponent's new Geier transforms into werewolf form.
(My turn still has not resolved).

Second Dubious Challenge summons my creature, then summons opponent Ulrich Krallenhorde, which hits the board, transforms into werewolf form, destroys my first creature.

Again, my turn still has not resolved.

Looks like the game is not recognizing that the opponent's turn ended, and has some leftover reference that they played no card on their last turn... but it's MY turn now... so any creature being put on the board for Dubious Challenge should be based on MY turn and ME casting cards, not based on my opponents last turn that they didn't play a card.

Dubious Challenge shouldn't trigger an opponent's creature to transform if it is a werewolf and the opponent didn't play a card during their turn, in my opinion.

Otherwise Dubious Challenge is even more of a liability.

When GRB is transformed, it automatically transforms any werewolf that enters the game on its side (and buffs them). So it's not a bug or bad design - you should've read the card description before casting your spells.
