Invisible woman Yellow Issue

Unsure if from the update but if you have yellow at 3 points and you have a dead character on your team IW will make the dead person invisible. I put out her yellow with 2 people on my team 3 times and all 3 times only invis woman went invisible.

On steam and just got the R118 update. I have never used that power at 3 with 1 dead person on my team so unsure if just from R118.
