Hey guys could use a little help. I have been using a galaxy s6 since the release of the game. I recently purchased an ipad and installed the game. I went through the facebook login and it said it recognized my facebook but had me restart. Luckily it did not reset my account on the android side. The question is how do i get my ios to recognize my account that I have on my android devices. Any help is appreciated and thank you.

It requires customer service to transfer your account over. Once that happens you will no longer be able to use your phone to play. And from what I've heard, it is a very long and painful process that will likely leave you locked out of your account completely for some period of time.

The wait can take a while, but there is no transition time that you have to sit out of the game on both devices.

So just to make sure I read correctly you cannot play on your android phone and your ios ipad on the same account.

Awhile back, I asked them if they could merge my two accounts, since I'd created the "alt" account when trying to simply play it on both my tablet (iPad) and phone (Android). They said no, they don't offer that. However, they did say that they could erase one and link the other one to that device. I said no, since that wasn't what I wanted, but I'm wondering now if that means they can force both to recognize the same user ID, so that I COULD play on both...

you might want to ask just to make sure.

so you have 2 accounts both of them can benefit from free boosters and most definitely You have different mythics on both of them. I am not really surprised they rejected your request

I originally made my iphone account (madwren, lower case "m"). However, since I use the Tablet, I linked the same Facebook account on it, and when it asked for my name, I typed in Madwren (capital "m"). I was planning on playing casually, but had spent some money on both devices as a "I like your game" investment. I got a few choice mythics, but it wasn't until a month or so later--when I started playing more seriously--that I realized I had two different collections. I stopped investing on the iPad and focused on the Android.

However, a long while later I thought, I paid for those mythics, so I should be able to transfer them to my Android account--and to be honest, I still think that. It's misleading that they allow you to link one Facebook account to two profiles with the same name (just a capitalization difference), and nowhere do they indicate that the account data is platform-specific. They sure were glad to accept my money, though.

Eventually I gave up and just started playing on the alt as f2p just to see what sort of collection I could build, and to remain in touch with the non-whale experience. It certainly wasn't out of the realm of possibility that they could merge the accounts into one.

I made the switch earlier this year. Now I play from my I phone. What is strange is that the account I had on my android still works, though it is far from being as competitive as my iOS account. Additionally, they both play under the same name. So I have drnknmnky328 on my android tablet (which I don't use ever) and a drnknmnky328 account on my iPhone. Same name. 2 accounts. I even had both join 2 separate coalition the other day when I discovered that the android account existed.
