GSBW Sniper Rifle down to 15 AP [Fixed in R118]

So with the new fix, GSBW's Sniper Rifle (lvl 5) costs 15AP in battle.

Between battle it states it costs 19...

Fix one problem (IM40's), unearth another?

OH, and her Pistol is down to 12AP instead of 14 (lvl 3).
