[iPhone 4] Loading Slowly

It's been about two or so weeks now (pre IOS 7.1iPhone 4 patch) that I noticed on my iPhone 4, that all of the textures and menus take some time to load. Before it used to be instant but now it's quite slow and even while in-game, when a character is attacking the animation doesn't show at all.

Just an iPhone 4 thing or?
