Horrible freezes [Steam]

I'm encountering horrible freezes last few weeks when playing MPQ on steam. Nearly everytime when I open pack, sometimes when I navigate through different pack types and often when I start round. In worst cases freeze can last 5-10 minutes, usually 1-2 minutes, and not only MPQ freezes, but whole system.
Have anyone encountered such problem?
Reinstalling didn't work and I can't think of any else solution.

    I play on Steam too and get some freezes as well, but not like that usually only a few secs (3 ~ 10) mostly in battle.
    Did u try in other device?
