Missing rewards....repeat ad nauseum

Open Question to the devs. For the 4th time now, I have placed in an event (6th in my bracket for nodes of power) and not been granted my individual awards.

The coalition awards arrived no problem but did not get the individual rewards (nothing major, just a rare, a booster and some crystals) but it would be nice to get an update of whether many get this same issue (I know some in my coal get this but not sure how widespread it is).

It is a little depressing that I am not even going to try support to get these allocated. It is literally a waste of time to provide the same information multiple times only to receive the cut and paste response that either it's a known problem we are working on or there is nothing they can do.

I play the events primarily for the challenge and to support my team but would be nice to consistently receive earned cards, packs and crystals.

    I agree. I have a huge list of event awards that I haven't received and I've just stopped entering tickets.

    I can't decide whether anyone at D3 or Hibernum has never submitted a ticket, or they just don't care about the **** we have to go through; but in case someone reads this thread here is how it goes:

    1. Submit a ticket through this site (because I can't in-game as it doesn't link to my email)

    2. Go back and forth between the game and here to get all of the ridiculous information entered.

    3. Wait 3 days.

    4 Get a generic response requesting all the information I spent time entering 3 days before.

    5 Reply with a screenshot that has all of that info.

    6. Wait three days.

    7. Get a response asking for exactly what I did not receive, even though it's in my original request.

    8. Respond that all of they info was in my original request --- because now it's been a week, I've played several more events and I can't remember what I didn't receive.

    9. Wait 3 days.

    10. Receive another response asking for more details.

    11. Quit and give up.

    Yup. I remember one ticket I actually started with my user id and name--literally lines 1 and 2--and then received a message 3 days later asking me what my user ID and in-game name were.
