Starlord Passive?

is it just me, or is his passive not firing in today's DDQ against Gamora?

    If Gamora fires her black first, all available yellow basic tiles will be covered with her strike tiles, so there are no places for Star-Lord to place his countdown tile. You really need to deny black (and green, so you don't get stunned).

    Yeah only power that it will trigger on is Razor's Edge in this match up.
